We used the following COVID-19 Management Framework to identify and categorize promising practices within the context of this initiative. This framework spans interventions that directly impact the patient journey of those with COVID-19 as well as systems-level interventions that impact the ability to effectively manage the pandemic. All case studies are tagged with the relevant topics and sub-topics from the framework. Tags are not mutually exclusive - a practice could cover multiple topics within the framework - and help to identify the types of interventions described in the narratives.
